自制简易绿酱意大利面
Easy Homemade Green Pesto Pasta
原材料·Ingredients
225克小宽面或其他意大利面
1/2 pound linguine or other pasta noodle
1个蒜头
1 garlic cloves
1/2 杯烤松仁
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
2 杯 新鲜罗勒叶
2cups fresh basil leaves washed and stemmed and finely packed
1 杯 新鲜芝麻菜叶
1 cup fresh arugula
1/2 杯 橄榄油
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 杯 巴马臣芝士碎
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
1/2 小勺匙 盐和胡椒
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt & pepper
1/2 杯 淡奶油
1/2 cup cream

制作步骤
Method Steps
1. 意大利面在一锅放了橄榄油和盐的开水里煮12分钟左右,然后沥干。
Cooking the linguine in large pot of olive oil and salted boiling water for 12mins. Drain the pasta when it’s cooked.
2. 制作绿酱,用搅拌机把新鲜罗勒叶,芝麻菜,大蒜,烤松仁,巴马臣芝士,橄榄油,盐胡椒一起搅拌30秒左右制成酱。
For making green pesto, simply add fresh basil, arugula, garlic, toasted pine nuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper to the blender. Blend for about 30 sec until mixed well.
3. 加热油锅,爆炒蒜末,樱桃番茄和西兰花,然后加入煮好的意大利面,绿酱和淡奶油。快煮好前再加入芝士碎以及调味完成。
Heat up the cooking pan with oil. Stir the chopped garlic, cherry tomatoes and broccoli, then add drained pasta, green pesto and cream to cook. When the pesto pasta is cooked, simply add parmesan cheese and seasoning for finish.

22.5ml 青柠汁
22.5ml Lime juice
30ml 糖浆
30ml Simple syrup
45ml 年份朗姆酒
45ml Aged rum
1.2ml 安格斯特拉苦精
1.2ml Angostura bitter
60ml 香槟
60ml Champagne

制作步骤
Method Steps
1. 将6片薄荷叶放入雪克壶中磨碎,然后加入青柠汁糖浆
In the bottom of a shaker, gently muddle the 6 mint leaves with the lime juice and the simple syrup.
2. 加入朗姆酒,苦精和冰块加入雪克壶
Add the rum and bitters and fill the shaker with ice
3. 摇匀至冰镇,用细网筛滤入大杯或马提尼杯
Shake well until chilled and double-strain through a fine- mesh sieve into a large coupe or a Martini glass.
4. 最后加入香槟,放上薄荷叶即可。
Top with the Champagne, and lay the remaining mint leaf on the surface of the drink.
